Specification
Open end organic yarn, multi-color fabric rope shoelace and plastic cord end for bag, clothes, mop,shose...etc. All the yarn are made by senior cotton without cut shell. So the color is pure and the touch feeling is soft. It is suitable for clothes, trousers, shose...etc.
Tradition braid ways of cors are mostly like twisting and roughly braid by hand. We purchased 50 sets advanced braiding machines last years, not only make the effectiveness improved promptly, but also make the braid more beautiful and fashionable to follow garment fashion trends.
All these cord's diameter can be customized according to customers' requirement. But normally, customers prefer 1-10mm frequently. If you need bigger sizes, please contact us.
This is one machine braiding cords process. One braid cords may consisits of 8/16/32/64 stands yarns, with core or not, it is up to customers requirement.
And the color can be customized.
